FARMERS MArkets

One of my happiest places is hands down a local farmers market.
I love to explore them and talk to the vendors because it is where I get a lot of my food knowledge. Here is a growing list of the one's I enjoy.

Country Fresh Herbs. Talk to Garette. They have a beautiful stand with some of the most colorful produce. He has the best watermelon radishes and if you’re lucky you’ll find some mustard greens.

Probiotic boost. I buy my kombucha and sauerkraut from them. The lemon cayenne kombucha is delicious, and their spicy tumeric sauerkraut rocks any dish! Their fermenting game is strong.

Organic pastures. I haven’t been drinking as much dairy lately but when I do I buy it from these guys. I’ll grab their RAW milk. They are transparent in their practices and incredibly knowledgable. Ask them anything or visit their farm!
